The estate has scheduled exterior renovation, which include scaffolding for exterior wall repairs works etc. Total 3 phases for the project, each time two blocks, estimated to finish in 660 calendar days.
Phase 1 starts with Block E/F after CNY 2025 and will take about 220 days ( 7-8 months ) to finish. Then Block A/B or C/D will follow after, each phase with a similar timeline.
Which means the work at our Blocks A/B may start ard 9/2025, or 4/2026.
The tenancy will be first year fixed and second year optional, tenants can opt to terminate the lease and move out in 2nd year. Or if the tenant decided to stay, the landlord will offer a deduction of $10,000 for monthly rent during the period the scaffolding is up for our Blk B.

租約為期兩年,第一年梗,第二年生約。租客可以選擇於第二年終止租約並搬出。如租客決定繼續租住,業主將在B座搭棚月份,每月租金減 $10,000。
