• Commission > Half month's rental.

• 按金 > 兩個月。

• 上期 > 一個月。

• 水電按金 > HK$1,000。

• 厘印費 > 年租金的 0.5% 另加 HK$5 ( 由雙方平均承擔 )。

• 佣金 > 半個月租金。
